1. Return Policy (7 Days)
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products on sale or discount
- Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)
- Innerwear or items marked as non-returnable
3. Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products.
- Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will guide you through the return process
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or wrong item delivered.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share photos or videos for verification
